Nduba is located FAR off the beaten path, but the almost 2 hour drive to the school is worth it when you see the enthusiasm of the teachers.  26 teachers are responsible for the 1,812 students who go to school at Nduba and they responded to the inception meeting with several passionate speeches thanking Wellspring for the work that they are beginning. 

One female teacher expressed that this is the first time she feels appreciated and valued as a teacher.  The simple fact that someone is making an effort to come along side to support them has already had a huge impact on the morale of the school.  The school buildings may be incredibly run down, bleak, and in desperate need of repair, but the hearts of the community have already sensed the beginning of healing.
