Phocas Ngendahayo, Director of Operations

Phocas joined Wellspring in January of 2012 as our Director of Operations. While reflecting on what could be done to improve the condition of our people, God’s people, it became obvious to Phocas that an informed, transformed, mission minded new generation of leaders is needed. He is delighted to partner with the Wellspring Foundation in striving to empower the next generation for Rwanda’s development and God’s glory.

Stéphane Nyembo, ICT Manager

Stéphane joined Wellspring in October 2010 as our ICT Manager, based in Kigali, Rwanda.

Barbara Luck, Canadian Administrator

Barb runs a tight ship! Barb provides great financial stewardship to your donations, organizes our mailings, helps out with special events, and keeps us all organized.

Sylvain Bikorimana, Administrative Assistant

Sylvain is originally from Eastern Rwanda and has a background in accounting. He is excited to work with Wellspring because it allows him to use his skills and knowledge to help fulfill a vision focused on rebuilding Rwanda.

Talk about service with a smile! These three friends have a big job cooking lunch for our growing staff everyday and an even bigger job cooking for our Whole School Development Program.

David Polisi, Development Officer

David is Wellspring's Development Officer in the Canadian office. He is focussing on getting the Wellspring Academy Secondary School project completed.

Janice Nikkel, Development Officer

Janice oversees our monthly 'Support a Trainer' Program. With an extensive background in Communications and Promotions, as well as a heart to impact her world, Janice is helping Wellspring move forward in our initiatives working with Rwandans to empower a new generation of leaders.

Jayson Ursulak, Communications Director

Jayson loves using his giftings to help Wellspring share its work with supporters, partner with other organizations, and impact the next generation of Rwandan leaders.

He oversees our Communications—things like The Source, our various social media profiles—Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Flickr, YouTube, Vimeo & Instagram (wellspringfdn on Instagram), direct mail, marketing collateral, our websites (Wellspring Academy, Lake2Lake Ride for Rwanda, RENCP, Made in Rwanda & Cairo to Cape) and a while lot more!  

Jayson & Cindy live in Salmon Arm, BC with their 4 kids—Matthew, Allyson, Emma & Joanna.
