David Ngirimana, Construction Supervisor

David oversees Wellspring's infrastructure-based construction projects. His years of experience and ability to learn quickly qualify him to be a great leader to this team of men.

Emmanuel Musonera, Fundi 

Musonera's attention to detail on stone and brick masonry has led to the accomplishment of many a fine school building. He is dedicated to his work and very much enjoys being part of the team, even though it means having to walk two hours each way from home and back.

Froduard Minani, Fundi

Minani is not only a great mason, but also has valuable skills as an electrician. He is a thoughtful and hard worker, eager to provide for his wife and two young children. 

Benjamin Nshimiyimana, Laborer

Benjamin has been able to expand his skills in the area of carpentry since coming to work for Wellspring.  The cabinetry found at Wellspring Academy is evidence of his handiwork. He stays quite busy when he's not at work around his home with his wife and four children.

Jean Bosco Hatangimbabazi, Laborer

Bosco adds a spark of energy and enthusiasm to the construction crew. He seems to do his work with an extra spring in his step. The skills that he has acquired from working closely with plumbers come in handy around the site. Three weeks ago, Bosco celebrated the birth of his first child - a baby girl.  

Alfred Dusengimana, Laborer 

Freddie has a ready-to-learn attitude that is evident both at work and in his free time. On the weekend, he frequently stops and studies if he sees someone doing something he is unfamiliar with. Freddie has also learned carpentry at work - he and Benjamin make a dynamic duo.

Iridebuland Mbonabucya, Laborer 

Mbonabucya is a quiet, diligent worker who has been with Wellspring from the early days. He is a newlywed as of May, which, being Rwandan, probably means that a baby won't be far behind. 

Alexandre Nzabamwita, Laborer

Nzabamwita has recently welcomed a second daughter to his family. As his family grows, he continues to be thankful for his job and the steady income that allows him to provide for the things they need. Nzabamwita also has some great soccer skills.

Sadiki Tubanjimana, Laborer 

Sadiki is our youngest member of the crew at 23 years old. Despite his youth, he has been quick to learn how to operate the bobcat, which comes in quite handy for moving loads here and there. Sadiki is also our trustworthy store-keeper who monitors the construction supplies.
